Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Please note all treats are handcrafted and may take longer than expected within high volume sales and holidays. After order is placed we process your order, individually handcraft your order and then pack and ship. Orders will normally ship after 7-14 days of order made online please allow time for processing packing and shipping. We have expediting shipping available for faster shipping options.

All products are freshly made to order and will take anywhere from 7-14 business days to process, ship and receive. For any reason you don’t receive your order within this time frame, please contact us using the contact us link.

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on USPS priority shipping cost and processing fee.
  • Please allow up to 7-14 business days to process, and pack your order.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times shown above are based upon normal business volumes.You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

  • Body by Le’Aura clothing/sleepwear is non refundable, you will be credited with a voucher for the amount with if returned 14 days after receiving item(s) unworn and not damaged. Please contact us for further information before purchasing if you have any questions.
