Our mailing & pick up (by appointment only) location is 35 Meadow St, Brooklyn, NY 11206. Our location is not a storefront but for authorized pick ups only.

If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier UPS on https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page You will then send us a copy of your completion via email Leaurabodytreatscs@yahoo.com along with evidence such as pictures.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed. For address mistakes, please email us with your correct mailing address and name as soon as possible, as we will try our best to fix the issue.
