Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with UPS at UPS Claim Center.

After filing, email a copy of the claim confirmation to Leaurabodytreatscs@yahoo.com along with any supporting photos or evidence.

Returns & Address Corrections

• We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Policy so you can review the full details before starting a return.
• For address updates, email us as soon as possible with your correct name and mailing address.
• If your order has already shipped, we’ll contact you once it’s returned to us. A reshipment fee will apply.
