Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with UPS at UPS Claim Center.
Once your claim is submitted, email a copy of the claim confirmation along with supporting photos to Leaurabodytreatscs@yahoo.com
Order Changes & Address Corrections
- We cannot make changes once an order has been processed in our system.
- If you notice an address error, email us with your correct name and mailing address immediately.
- If the order has already shipped, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer once the package is returned to us.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Effective May 18, 2023 at 11:59 PM, we proudly offer a 90-day money-back policy for customers who meet the following requirements:
- Before Photo Required – Within 14 days of purchase, email a clear “before” photo of your skin to Leaurabodytreatscs@yahoo.com.

Refund requests without a before photo emailed within 14 days cannot be approved.
- Product Usage – You must use at least 50% of the product to accurately evaluate results.

Each item, including products in bundle kits, requires its own claim and usage proof.
- After Photo & Routine – If you are not satisfied after 90 days, email:
- An “after” photo of your results
