Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to hear from you! Please allow 24-72 hours  (business days) for a response via email. Please note our operating hours are 10am-5pm Mon-Fri, we are closed Saturday & Sunday. 

If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier UPS on You will then send us a copy of your completion via email along with evidence such as pictures.

We do not offer any changes once your order has been processed within our system. For address mistakes, please email us with your correct mailing address and name as soon as possible, as we will try our best to fix the issue. Reshipments due to customer will be paid by customer.

We offer a new 90 day money back policy in effect as of 05/18/23 11:59pm

In order to be approved for this policy, please be sure to have taken a before picture and email us within 14 days of purchase. Without this email of your before picture we will not be able to approve your refund.

We also require that you have used more than 50% of your product to truly see results and will require this for each product including items within in a bundle kit. Each product has to have it's own claim (including bundle kits).

After 90 days and you still are not satisfied with your results, we will require an email with after pictures of your results and reasons to this conclusion along with your skincare routine.

After approval via email, we will ask for you to return item to 35 Meadow St Bklyn NY 11206 within 115 days from purchase to be eligible for refund on item.
