Shipping policy

Orders that do not match billing with shipping address will be notified and or cancelled automatically for fraud purposes. We process orders mon-fri only, please allow 7-10 business days (Excluding sat & sun) for handcrafting & processing orders. You will be sent a tracking email with updated and pending shipping times. Package pick-ups are done on Mon Weds &\ Fri 12-7pm. Shipping has been delayed due to Covid-19, packages may or may not be affected. Personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy. Products are not FDA approved, please do patch test before use and or consult physician for approval. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Customer responsible for uninsured lost, damaged or stolen packages.
